The Endless Blue is the new release of Berlin based producer and drummer Stefan Korn and his project Dubdiver.

Sticking with his sound and representing Vol. 2 of his Ambient Reworks, this fifth album of Dubdiver again explores Ambient- Electronica from luscious soundscapes to soothing vibes through time and space.

The Endless Blue calls upon the listener to get lost in hypnotic arpeggios and flowing atmospheres.

On it’s journey the album runs through glittering synths, deep pulsing dub tracks, atmospheric tapestries and soft rhythms.

Dubdiver

Producer and Drummer Stefan Korn is an artist with decades of musical experience. His love for music spans multiple genres and led him to explore the realms of Ambient, Downtempo and Chill-House, all fused with a passion for softly textured sound design. His sound meanwhile has been featured on nearly 250 releases.

With his project Dubdiver Korn creates music with heart and beauty, blending styles and flavors in search of the very moment…

me to feelings of absolute bliss, sometimes I have to eke out others, but I should not complain. I still live music with all my hopes and dreams, despite of the difficulties of being an artist”.

The Endless Blue fuses organic instrumentations with digital symphonies of programmed beats, warming spaces with lit sound journeys, subsonic frequencies and uplifting feels.

The opening track Agua Luna offers dreamy melodies, sparkling piano lines and harp-glissandi.

Singer and long-time companion Anja Oehming again joins Dubdiver, this time lending her classical trained voice for O Mio Babbino Caro, an aria written by Giaccomo Puccini. Oehming’s intense vocal performance enriches Dubdiver’s vision of one of the most successful arias in opera music.

Astral Traveller evokes sun-drenched Ibiza feelings, The Endless Blue, Dubwise (featuring Herb-T of Cosmic Orient) and Sommos Aguas are Liquid-Meditations/Ambient mixes of songs from the albums Box of Secrets and Mind Travels and bring in a slew of far-flung instruments, from the sitar and sarod to the Indian flute and tabla.

Finally a new remix of Elevando for Ornah-Mental (a project of Dirk Schlömer, former guitar-player of Germany’s famous agit-prop-band Ton, Steine, Scherben) is landing the spaceship back on terra firma.
While Dubdiver’s Horchata-Mix of Elevando has been released on Ornah-Mental’s album Remix and Outtake, The Endless Blue features Dubdiver’s new Amygdalota-Rework.

The Endless Blue is an essential listen and gives fans of Ambient Electronica a wealth of sounds and styles wrapped up in a shiny, little package.
